Nah, it's actually pretty useful. It definitely is scalable to that character.

Not terribly familiar with Warframe or Black Hole calcs in general, but I checked our page and, considering the names of the abilities that Orion uses to push the Black Hole, I don't think it breaks our rules and may be passed as a Black Hole.

If you're doing a calc for this, make sure to list that description on why it is considered a Black Hole, and also, please consider the fact this might not scale to him or other people in his verse, it might just fall into "Black Hole Creation" or "[Insert Tier] with Black Hole". It is important for the verse to be consistent
