Zane has access to RDT which is a 10x amp and would raise him far above where Krillin can reach. Morever, he can sense power level, so he'll know when things gets dangerous. I also see no resistance to him getting frozen

I fixed it now, this is Zane pre-dragon rising. The opponent is now Piccolo. (Hope this isn’t a stomp still)

Well how will Piccolo be able to counter Zane's ice? Also, can he speed amp himself ?

He could destroy ice with his Ki, but if any part of him gets Frozen (Assuming his entire body doesn’t get Frozen), he is done for soon after.
If Piccolo doesn’t get instantly frozen, he could make distance, and outrange Zane.

Well Zane has pretty big range since I remember his powers were able to freeze a huge wall the size of buildings
Well Zane has access to Spinjitzu which increase both his AP and overall Speed (tho nowhere as big as with RDT)

Piccolo has planetary range compared to Zane
Zane definitely has a AP advantage.
Piccolo can increase his AP with his Size Manipulation, but he wouldn’t use that in this matchup. (And would be more of a detriment for him)

Well he could also use Spinjitzu to make moves faster than Piccolo can

He definitely could, Piccolo does have an advantage in terms of flight.
On the ground, definitely.
I feel like Piccolo’s regen wouldn’t be useful in this matchup weirdly enough, Zane would just freeze him solid most of the time.
Zane also has a stamina advantage, I could see him just winning in a fight of endurance.
(Piccolo has Zero Resistance to ice, nor has any experience fighting ice users)
Piccolo can create fire with Ki manipulation, so he isn’t completely defenseless against ice.
If Piccolo were to be frozen, could he break out of it? He has massive LS advantage, I know Mr. E broke out of it, but I’m not sure if that was because of his AP or LS.

It was likely due to AP since he can match Zane in strength and physically hurt him (And his EP scale to his physicals)
