BAN-KAI! Bleach General Discussion

Focus on getting that verse's pages updated and a living fandom.
Nooo, I already got IM2 and another metaphysical aspect for the laws of the Tower and Shinsu, I can upgrade the verse but I feel so lonely in there that every time I try to do something I lose my motivation 😿
Maybe bullying some verses will bring some people 🤔

Nah that verse just needs more support. What even happened?

the possibilities that yhwach see are they real ( real independent possibilities that exists) or simply possibilities that materialize whenever he wants?

Unknown

Possibly real as Tsukishima doesn't create a new past but instead modifies the already existing one and this interacts with Zangetsu in a similar way than Allmighty.

but that mean that every possibility have their own past and present and future( that explains who yhwach can return after his death )

This overlaps with modal logic But with factors that are difficult to explain

Possibly but it's a very hard sell, the way time works in Bleach is pretty wonky

From this, we know that every future is a real world and not merely an imaginary possibility that has not yet occurred, for it interacts with the future just as we interact with the present, as he says

His return here doesn't make sense if he controls the causality of a single line (past, present, and future possibilities stemming from that past and present), because he died here and is unaware of it. This means that his death has become a fixed point in the timeline (i.e., in every possible future, he will be dead), yet he returned. This leads us to conclude that he does not control the possibilities of a single timeline, but rather all possible lines (all possibilities arising from every possible past and present).

This supports my point: the book of the end creates a different past.

He can also perceive change

There is abundant evidence suggesting that he is controlling the logic of Lewisian realism ( i need more scans to confirm, can someone provide it)( It's also like branching concretism)

Those things aren't part of the wiki tier system, I doubt it would be accepted without being at least referenced in the manga.

I wouldn't say it's a hard sell. Time in bleach is complicated tho. Every object his it own personal timeline. Then you have a higher timeline that governs that. The kotosu sent ichigo and comp 8 days into the past and that pretty much affect the whole cosmology

Lewisian realism is part of this wiki ( dc & marvel multiverse have them) the term itself was not mentioned, but there are indications of it

[Original Past] ───> [Present] ───> [All Futures in which the bankai is Broken by Yhwach] │
└─── (Tsukishima inserts new past) │
└───> [New Present] ───> [New Futures (Unbroken)] ───> Orihime Rejects Event

that proves my point
