However, he attempted to use a custom definition and kept repeating things I didn't understand. After I asked him to define "high outer," he provided me with this response.

I've seen way too many people here the word "Outside the Universe" or "Outside space/time/dimension" and they default to assuming it means "Outerverse" as opposed to a generic timeless void. Or sometimes, "Outside space/time" specifically means outside traditional space-time as opposed to it literally meaning outside the concepts of space-time. As in, physically located in a different timeline.

But anyway, there is nothing even close to 1-A stuff to be had here.
