Kind of a who hits first situation, but Welt’s main boon is that his Class P gravity can shut down Vegeta’s speed amps.

The instant Welt says Zeroth then Vegeta gets dragged into a black hole and he can’t stop it he just croaks ngl. Welt also has Low Godly Regen so long as his Herrscher core is in tact. So I’m leaning welt for now.

Also does Vegeta even have the NPI to damage Imaginary Barriers?

Yeah I’m thinking over Vegeta’s options more and they mostly rely on Welt jobbing.

Or assuming Welt’s imaginary barriers can be broken by Vegeta. Which they very likely can’t be cause of their weird non physical and higher dimensional properties.
So voting for Welt. He makes the prince kneel.

Welt needs to upload his consciousness into his Herrscher core in order to regenerate (tbh it should be Low godly healing and not regeneration but that’s a story for another day) that way so instantly killing him or off guarding him with a Ki attack could just end Welt tbf

Although OP could start Vegeta in blue so he still gets a speed amp from Ultra Ego so blitzing becomes an option ig. If the match seems a bit too tilted towards welt
 
Vegeta starts in Ultra ego already, and its in-character for Vegeta flaring his Hakai aura in this form like this
So unless Welt can regenerate from that level of regen (albeit history high godly regen) he's getting erased.

Can Vegeta EE Gravity itself? Cause Vegeta projects hakai energy as an aura or uses it in Ki attacks. Which Welt can limit by just pinning Vegeta to the ground with Class P gravity or sucking him into a Quasi Black Hole.

The EE welt resists iirc is Info Type 2 so he should be vulnerable to getting hit. Which at least means his low godly isn’t much of a factor

Both he is constantly covered in an ee aura as mentioned by shar that protects him from attacks by erasing them and can flare his ee aura to attack the opponent

He can also use it in the form of ki blasts to I mean it's all upto the fact who would attack first and how long does it take for welt to use star of eden cause Vegeta can just flare his aura and erase him or simply just erase star of eden itself given hakai can erase everything in the universe which would include black holes too

He can also do this just by pointing at someone

Yeah it’s pretty much just who lands a blow first.
Welt uses Star of Eden as his opening move and his main combat means. If Vegeta erases SoE Welt can just create another one too.
Although even if Hakai can (likely) erase his black holes, the fact gravity doesn’t just stop when Vegeta flares his aura means his still vulnerable to Welt’s moves like Star of Eden 1st power. Which is a crushing gravitational wave rather than a single object like a black hole. Which from LS edge + 2-A AP can kill Vegeta too. So they both have a spawn on target move

Welt’s also a Herrscher in this key so he radiates Honkai radiation. Idk if Vegeta can handle all those Standard Effects if he opts for melee.

Fair, although Vegeta barely starts off with moves like this or with Dirty Fireworks even though he can do it

Wouldn't star of eden getting erased would just stop the gravity manip thing? also this is history ee so it preety much would just undone the effects caused by star of eden but yes it's boil down to who can do stuff first Vegeta flaring ee aura or welt going for star of eden i believe it's more so looking like an incon

In this key Vegeta starts with his hakai stuff first

I mean it's one of the application of hakai where users can just point there hands towards the target to erase them

So I preety much believe it can go either way so voting for incon
