pretty sure speed blitz, and even equalized I gotta say that while I love AL, I really don't see him handling Jevil, even in an equalized match he's still gonna be "faster" if that makes any sense

Pentious got weak physicals (Stated repeatedly by WoG and affirmed in serious as he can't fight without his eggs, Vaggie says he's no threat to them, Angel Dust overpowers him with pentious needing Hypnosis to get angel dust off him, and both of them were gonna kill Pentious in the "It Starts With Sorry" song), Regular sinners overpower him, Charlie (while able to put a good fight) litterally gets pin down most of the fight against Demon Form Katie Killjoy and lands only two hits, a kick that Staggers her but no notable damage and pushing her back with a lunge with the last footage of the fight being Charlie being overpowered by Katie. Blitzo can easily toss sinners.
Blitzo and Striker are verbatim stated to be above most of their imp kind (Affirmed by how Blitzo Regularly bullies Moxxie and defeats Millie trying to kill him with Striker can defeat Millie and Moxxie with Striker able to easily lift something Millie said was heavy with his tail) and Moxxie and Millie (and thr leaches that scale to them) so they're literally an exception and that's something consistent in the verse (something this verse struggles with yet certain things are exceptionally consistent).
Charlie consistently goes into her demon form whenever she wants to fight strong people (Adam in "Hell's Forever", Val in Season 1 ep 4, Adam during trial, Adam again when Pentious died [with her previously admitting she sent Alastor to fight him over, idk, herself], Adam when she was about to attack her dad, and Vox in season 2 when they tried speed running redemption in season 2) with her best feat being her magic being on par with overlords but (it's accepted as outlier despite me not liking it) unlike the Vees, Husk, Niffty, and Weakened Al, she's never endured her own magic or endured magic attacks so no physical scaling so, similar to the goetia, at best, she has >>>Pentious physicals with Overlord level magic with her demon form being likely overlord level

We only see Charlie immobilized by Kate once at the "beginning" of the fight, right before she takes a kick and is grabbed by Charlie, and the last time we see them grappling is of them grappling. This suggests that they were at least comparable in that fight.
The idea of an IMP / Striker being superior to regular Imps is plausible (Millie literally ripping a Hellborn's spine out without much effort), but being superior to a sinner like Kate in her True Demon form for throwing a random Karen out the window without even engaging in combat doesn't make sense.
Kate is no ordinary sinner; she's the News Anchor of Pentagram City. It makes sense that she has more contracts, souls, and influence than a random sinner, and more powerful, especially in her demonic form.
Not to mention that Charlie, even in her base form, is still a Hellborn with magic.

once again I agree, but the writing and power display in media has these effects, if the intent isn't well executed, then the verdict can't change until further notice

If Charlie rises above ordinary Hellborns and Sinners, Kate will too; I'm just explaining that it makes sense considering how popular and influential she is.
I somewhat agree as well, although her frequent use of her true demonic form when facing someone stronger helps in confrontations.

Okay? He still has strong durability compared to his AP, which mind you, Charlie has lower durability than him. Charlie was able to kick someone in their demon form who should be stronger than Pnetious, what's your point? Especially when you mention "regular sinners" which Katie Killjoy should logically be one of them, as she uses her demon form against Charlie.

Wow great feat, tossing a random sinner who would scale "nowhere" who was distracted anyways. Compared to him being scared of a sinner earlier in C.H.E.R.U.B.S
Them being stronger than most of their kind doesn't mean they're somehow stronger than demons with full demons forms. They're professional assassins, there's quite literally no evidence they could defeat a sinner in a basic fight when their best feat is just tossing someone who wasn't even paying attention to them, which again, they were SCARED before from another sinner.
No? We canonically know that demon forms are activated via emotions, and Charlie is a person who can't really control her emotions that well.
- She got enraged when she saw Valentino pushing Angel Dust.
- Got visibly crying and then angry when she saw Pentious literally die.
Her being able to damage Katie Killjoy on it's own should already put her above Sir Pentious easily. There's quite literally no reason for Katie Killjoy in her demon form who wasn't scared to fight the literal princess of Hell, to have worse durability than Sir Pentious in his base form.
