Regardless of if Ditto get's the axe or not, I'm fairly certain Adam just skill stomps the **** out it it. Even with Pokemon being "hard-wired for battle", Adam has been doing exterminations for like 8 years now and should be comparable the rest of heavens soldiers. Leaning towards adam rn

The damage is reduced by their Def stat, HP is not really related to these lol.
