So the cosmology is capped at 2-C but currently no one scales to it because a different timeline and no one scales.
However, after some digging it seems that even Iruna does has another time space equal to it.
Heaven
Gap between worlds.
There's exist a gap between these world's that exist, normally these gap can't be traversed in any physical way.
(“...Haa... Even having lost so much power, I can still do it! O darkness that created the source of all conflict between gods and humans—together with its vessel, into the rift between time and space—”)
(“Wander through the world of nothingness that continues eternally.”)
Void of time has different time dimension
Void of time
Conclusion:
Number of Worlds
There's also an outer space, a world vastly different than Iruna but still exist within Iruna multiverse.
Another Dimension/Outer Space
Information Type 2: Memories
Scans can be seen here (Scans)
Addition is
Essentially Upgrading the Low 2-C to 2-C, and adding Information Manipulation type 2 for memories.
(Will add concept later)

Conclusion:
The gap between worlds in Iruna is basically portrayed as an endless void of darkness and nothingness that exists between separate worlds and their own individual space-time continuums, not just ordinary outer space. Darkness itself is treated as something that exists both physically and virtually everywhere throughout the cosmology. The setting also refers to this place as a “rift” or “gap between time and space,” with different worlds being separated within this vast darkness. Overall, it comes across as a larger cosmological framework that separates and connects multiple independent realities. And these "Gap" has their own time...idk what's it called.

CONCLUSION:
With this addition, we can safely say that memories in Iruna/Toram are treated as genuine informational data rather than mere recollections or purely abstract phenomena. They function more like records tied to a being’s existence, history, continuity, and state, to the point that entire individuals can be reconstructed from them. The recreated existences are even directly compared to “data” capable of being overwritten once the original version appears, strongly implying that memories themselves are fundamentally informational in nature.
