So the cosmology is capped at 2-C but currently no one scales to it because a different timeline and no one scales.
However, after some digging it seems that even Iruna does has another time space equal to it.

With this addition, we can safely say that memories in Iruna/Toram are treated as genuine informational data rather than mere recollections or purely abstract phenomena. They function more like records tied to a being’s existence, history, continuity, and state, to the point that entire individuals can be reconstructed from them. The recreated existences are even directly compared to “data” capable of being overwritten once the original version appears, strongly implying that memories themselves are fundamentally informational in nature.
