Execpt Godolkin, one of the og scientists working on V confirmed that most Supes are not bullet proof.
Probably have higher resistance and can take more shots to put down but most are going down to decently armed guys.
The seven is the cream of the crop. For the average supe, look at Gen V. Most of them are actually trash.
A bear is mauling 98% of the supe population.

I think they should reliably scale to supersonic in combat speeds, my main gripe with travel speeds in general is that people ignore acceleration, a lot more verses deserve their MFTL+ travel speed to combat scaling nuked because characters blatantly need to accelerate to reach top speeds.

The implication isn't that most Supes aren't bulletproof, it's that humans have the weapons and numbers to kill them.
I'm assuming you're talking about Godolkin's perception on them. In that case, this would include Rufus McCurdy, who was durable enough to tank being slammed through a wall, and Supes with similar durability.

Can’t believe the Boys has a similar problem with statements & speed feats like CW Flash lol. The same show that’d claim he was moving somewhere in the low Mach range, as he’s zipping between cities.

I'll say my last piece on this to avoid drama, but given how some bastards in Utah signed off on a 40,000 acre data center for AI, which eats up our water like f#cking corn flakes, negatively tilts the scale of job stability for artists and future artists (VFX artists, SFX artists, Voice Actors, etc), can be used to falsely criminalise innocent individuals, and overall is quite literally making technology regress in the current standard as well as jacking up the price of RAM due to inflation so people can have their giggle-fart p#rn and a pregnant Tung Tung Tung Sahur, I think it's safe to say that AI is a sloppy, effortless, shit, dog-c#nt addition to our society with many scientists making studies that suggest AI is making people less intelligent depending on ways they use it.
PS: It should be noted that I was referring to generative AI. AI being used in a way that aids people such as when AI found breast cancer in a woman before it became a problem is something I support.

Anyway, I found a pretty cool calculation website themed around VSBW. It's pretty cool, although some aspects are f#cky upon first use. It has calculators for GBE (with included presets), J/cc, Volume, Force, Impact (Meteor shit), Kinetic Energy, even built-in interfaces and calculators for PIXEL SCALING AND ANGSIZING (I am in heaven)

I found it 2 days ago and didn't do much digging. I found it when searching for a GBE calculator because I couldn't understand the layout of the formula on the VSB Wiki. I thought it was fan-made becauss I found a "Data to Levels" converter on Blogger that converted energy to the applicable tiers on VSBW, though some names for tiers (like High 5-A) and the boundaries for power levels were outdated and so I thought the calculation site was also fan-made... But I assume you'll tell me that was also managed by VSBW too?

So keeping the shit that happened in Boys s5 aside, what do you guys think about Vought rising ?
They said it's a murder mystery although the first look doesn't really give that thriller feeling (it doesn't give any feelings, just character shots. Although it's just the first look and most likely the trailer will set up the plot.)
It looks good. I do like the asthetic of the time period. And they definitely are trying to make Jensen Ackles the face of the Boys universe now that Karl Urban and Anthony Starr have finished their characters.
I am interested in how they will do Soldier Boy. He looks like he wants to be a hero, but then is also trying to pipe a nazi. So will they show him as evil ? (he is, atleast by the 80's) Whole Bombsight seems to have held on to his morality despite being one of Strongest people in the world (pretty much every on near the "strongest" is evil in the boys)
And the Cold war era is a pretty nice backdrop. Let's just hope that they don't **** this up.

I don't. 'Survive', is a very loose term. In the context of the experiment it's obviously from a massive distance away with only the radiation fallout left to deal with.

This statement has been disproven many times by the show. In s2 he's shown being affected by supe dogwhistles. In the most recent season enriched uranium is shown to be able to affect him as well as malchemical's breath being able to affect him. I'm not a big fan of statement scaling, not my thing, especially if he had no feats to back it up and if it's contradicted in the show.
It wouldn't even make sense logically either and the statement taken to it's literal extreme makes no sense. How would the company that could not get supes in the military get their hands on nukes? How would they detonate it with no repercussions. Why would Vought risk damaging their most prized asset by detonating nukes on it. For it to be tested by every weapon on Earth, that would include Russian one use weapons like the TSAR bomb. Why would they hand Homelander over to the Russians?

We know taking shots of V are temporary buffs so we can treat V1 the same way. They are the same thing for the most part, current V is just far more stable (losing Immortality in return.)
Plus in Final fight his beams are genuinely ass. Billy shrugs them off with little damage and even Kimiko can take it.

Been wondering, isn't V1 an outdated and inferior product? Isn't it possible it just nerfed Homelander?
