Is it consistent policy that being occasionally tagged by bullets nullifies higher speed feats? Not to pull a 'what about' here but Jojo's SBR characters get shot dozens of times yet are marked as MFTL. Homelander at the least is consistently portrayed as well beyond bullet speed.

Are we sure Mother's Milk isn't taking Compound V on the side? He gets shot by Hughie, acts just fine in the next scene and they never acknowledge it ever again. Knocked down Kimiko for a bit in the same scene, while supposedly wounded. Sucker-punched Sheline, someone can dodge bullets after they're fired and was trading blows with Kimiko back a few episodes. Sheline was even holding her jaw after the punch. He also gagged Oh-Father and still held the gag in place as he screamed. These same screams are capable of overwhelming Starlight.

Hughie hurts and knocks back Maverick several feet.
I would say either bad writing or PIS.
And no Sheline, didn't dodge the bullets, you can see the impact as she moves.

Upscaling? Helll no. Sheline is a very low supe and it's perfectly reasonable for him to be able to damage her. (Kimiko gets damaged by Sheline but that's lowk here only half decent showing and she's unimpressive ever since)
Damaging kimiko really aint that impressive since basically anything in the show harms her to some degree because the writers aren't concerned with it, since she can regenerate.
The Oh Father thing is just something the writers probably didn't consider the fact the force it'd require to hold the gag there.

SBR doesn’t scale to MFTL except maybe like 3 characters, it’s all outdated lol. But even then, its not nearly as bad as The Boys.

So like, here's my timeline:
- Up until Season 4, every season of The Boys takes place in the year they release.
- Season 4 takes place 6 months after Season 3, since Butcher had 6 months to live at the end of Season 3 and it was Christmas during Season 4. Butcher is then placed on what would be his death bed in the Season 4 finale episode which takes place in the first week of January. So by the end of Season 4 we are in January 2023.
- Butcher kills Victoria Neuman, The Boys intend to disband and go their own separate ways where all but Starlight, Butcher, and Kimiko are kidnapped.
- In Season 5, we learn that Hughie, Frenchie, and MM have been in a "Freedom Camp" for ~1 year, which puts the series by S5 E1 at early 2024. Season 5 spans multiple weeks, possibly months due to having to develop the virus. This would be consistent with the Season 5 finale, where Homelander is killed on the day of Easter, which is on March 31st, 2024. Butcher is then killed the next day, on April 1st.
- The Season 5 finale end credit scene could be at any point since Starlight is pregnant, and they own the audio visual store from the start of Season 1.

am i crazy for thinking that the intention was for her to actually dodge the bullet, but because the fight choreography in this show is so bad, they probably just thought nobody would notice or care? (which is fair because most people who arent into powerscaling probably thought nothing of it and was just like “oh she dodged the shot, whatever”, still bad tho)

Butcher vs Dexter
I saw this battle and thought it wasn't done properly, not in the wiki anyways, somewhere else on discord and thought, yeah maybe this needs to be talked about. Conditions: I guess it should take place in new York Butcher is in his 9-C key, no guns. Same with Dexter (he doesn't use guns anyway)...

If it's consistent yeah. Obviously a anti-feat here or there can be ignored if they got enough on the contrary, but from what I've been hearing, it's the anti-stuff that's consistent.

Oudated, only like 3 should be. Though they also dodge bullets way more than they're hit by them, and then there's the fact they verbatim have a variable speed due to spin so shit's annoying to scale to begin with.
But you seem to be confusing "crippled jockey's dodge speed" with "the entire part including character's who's only feats involve statuing bullets on panel like 10 times" as all being the same speed.
There's a tremendous difference between Johnny's innate speed (probably transonic-ish), Act 1 (transonicish 2), Act 2 (like MHS), Act 3 (somewhere in there but higher), and Act 4, and all the other characters in-between (Diego has a shit ton of high mach stuff).
Scale the verse you're actually scaling, there's almost always going to be differing context.

If it was just the current feats and anti feats of the boys, and there were no speed statements, I’d say we could go with massively hypersonic, or whatever the case is
However, we have a handful of feats on that level. And we also have the transonic to supersonic statements
It was like with the mcu. They also had a handful of high feats. But they also had characters being threatened by guns often, characters not visibly being show as faster than others, or even like regular humans. It was already debatable, but statements really put the nail in the coffin. Tony’s suit showed Cap at superhiman to subsonic speeds. Quicksilver had a bunch of subsonic+ to supersonic statements. So arguing too much higher than this became futile
That’s the same case with the boys, imo. Visually, Homelander and most other characters generally seem to be on the same level of speed as each other, or at least not magnitudes apart. The only exception is A-Train and other speedsters. You could also argue Homelander, as he’ll occasionally be portrayed as a speedster kinda character, but usually he’s visually on par with everyone else, with it often being implied that regular humans can watch his fights, both with his battle against Soldier Boys being watched by MM, and his final fight being watched by the world
The best speed statements for standard supes are Noir being stated to be faster than a car, which is subsonic. For the fastest supes, the best statements are supersonic. So realistically, the further we push it behind these for each respectively, the more canon breaking it is

Lots of things would've been better if X did Y in this series tbh.
From the get-go the Boys all should've had V like in the comics considering they were an anti-Supe squad.

No,in the show they point out that taking V24 might be hypocritical regarding their goals,its not that simple.
And going out of their ways to get more V for just a temporary power up seems like a waste for episodes.Everyone was alr crying about how they wastes too much time on V1.
