Hell nah. We can actually see how fast its arm moves. That thing cannot run at Mach 4.

I think you should use the expected speed of an arm, and the expected weight of said arm, instead of assuming the whole body which is far more massive, can just run like that.

I have an entire calculation of the tower that birthed the Titan.

And I also have the very obvious method of scaling it's arm thickness and upscaling it to a human height. Both would yield results far below 1300m.

Yeah here its arm is like, its entire body length, it's so bleak

Truth be told, we can probably get a 150-200m tall Titan using both the methods I cited, would be far more consistent too.
