i hve a question, do you familiar with any verse that have the skill level? i mean like in this verse our MC Heat & Cold Resistance on level 15. Does that mean our MC has Layered 15x Cold & Heat Resistance?

I'm kinda confused with this since the MC said on chapter 9 that "the skill itself still on rank 1, it appears that I'm not completely immune to cold and heat"

That's not how layering works tho... It could be a build up in potency of resistance
Like with that statement, you could get a "Possible" resistance to Thermal Manipulation. The level stuff might even mean for active and passive stuffs
Like for Mugen Gacha (one with levels and stuffs), the difference between levels means that a level 10 resistance absolutely means nothing to a level 100 hax
Assuming a level 9999 affects another 9999 (like light did in Mugen gacha) then Layering becomes involved
