Slight correction, the term “Holy Spirit” is much more abundant in the LN compared to the WN. Some translations have Holy Spirits or Chaos Spirits be called “Elemental soul” but that translation is inaccurate.

The phrase you mentioned:

However Fuses latest interview showcases there is a "God" that True Dragons are incarnations of. I mean.. kinda makes sense now
