I've never seen Low 5-B dura for Invincible being accepted for surviving the Scourge virus, plus the formatting was terrible. In any case, you aren't allowed to make profiles without a CRT iirc.

Understandable since Low 5-B is not accepted for the tv series.

You can, but that isn't always the case.

Profiles that are Low 1-A or higher, for example, need to be evaluated by staff before you can create one.

General Kregg can likely be created as long as the statistics are accurate and the formatting is clean. However, even then, it can still be contested by supporters, for example, if they feel he has not shown enough feats, which is usually the case for recently introduced characters.

You can probably undo the unapproved statistic changes then. However, other characters in that verse might scale from that page at this point, which would also have to be handled in conjunction.
