We see this happen when he tries summoning big raga on 16F sukuna

This aint really a valid point cuz that's Sukuna, so all this means is that it requires 15F levels of speed to catch him at the very most proveable way. Unless there's other evidence that speeds relative to Naoya would catch him, then sureNo he doesn't. He's clearly saying that, if Meg tries summoning the goat, he'll get stopped mid ritual and die.

No? You just need to be able to grab Megumi's hands before he completes the incantation. 16F Sukuna is probably overkill when it seems 3F Sukuna could already blitz Megumi.

Naoya > Maki = Toji. Although Maki was injured, I'm not sure how much that mattered since she couldn't react in time when Naoya chose to slap her bicep (applying his technique) instead of charging her head-on.

The former. A No limits fallacy would be if Mahoraga wasn't stated to have a limitation to what he can adapt to, yet people would argue that he would be able to adapt to logic because of the limitation being missing (which is technically just an argument from silence). But here he is explicitly stated to adapt to any and all phenomena.

Because she hadn't become aware of the things only she could see, she wasn't Toji's equal. But her body was equal to Toji's from the instant Mai died. Her strength and speed and toughness, all are achieved through Heavenly Restriction which is perpetually in effect.

calamity sure is a phenomenon that is experienced
also mahoraga can adapt to someone's existence but we really don't know what that means
regardless, WoU can't exactly kill mahoraga and since mahoraga could go undetected by limitless it should be able to make itself undetected by calamity, will probably take alot of spins tho

Naoya's the third fastest guy in the series, the second being his dad who's got the same technique and 1st being Gojo
all of them should be more than relative to 16f Sukuna, no clue why would we think it's not

are we gonna sit here and say megumi's as durable as maki? he's straight up saying Naoya's only better in speed when he harms Cg Yuji pretty casually and Maki when enraged.
her losing blood doesn't mean she gets 50000x weaker in durability.
like, i hate noaya but let's not act like Megumi's perceiving naoya or standing from one punch

INJURED Maki quite literally moves faster than him with R/C Speed while hes dashing at her at his full speed while stacked on-screen in the manga, alongside keeping up with womb and curse quite well (and even moves faster than them on some occasions) so idk... maybe her? Crazy suggestion
But it was more so about the whole "16F Sukuna" thing, even with the cope that some people here on the wiki do of "Maki must have not moved faster!! Outlier!!" (not you but I already know they are lurking here), even if she aint faster, she keeps up with him at least so shes comparable regardless, a Sukuna WAYY weaker than his 16F self blitzed her perception. Everyone in the verse bar Gojo is getting blitzed by a 16F Sukuna so badly it ain't even funny.

I alr mentioned that "feat". It's off-guard nonsense.
None of that means she's physically equal at that point cuz she's mentally nerfed. The sumo fight literally shows her how she does become equal to him in a physical sense (mainly speed) + Toji himself is stated to be able to handle Curseya's top speed.
You can't really infer Maki = Toji without accounting for everything that would make Maki = Toji in the first place which would be her air vision stuff that Toji has. If Maki had that in PPA as well as not having her intestines literally leaking out of her stomach, Naoya would die in 0.1 seconds by getting horribly precogged. Yet this didn't happen to Megumi when he knew he was gonna fight him.

yorozu somewhat kept him, obviously slower, but still blocked him, landed hits in him and intercepted his summonings
but she is stated to be fast asf so it makes sense

would Gojo blitz Naobito? i don't really think so, that's why i said they are relative to Sukuna
Of course Sukuna's faster than them, by quite a bit, but not a humiliating bit as i see it, it is not something so impressive to think that they are relative to Sukuna
