Deltarune: 4-A no more

Actually, since the "countryside" seems to still be some kinda circuit-board type thing, and even the mines seem to be made mainly of scrap metal, wouldn't it be accurate to say that the Cyber World as a whole is mostly composed of steel?

My thoughts on the thread are the same as everyone else’s (4-A should go, but I disagree on using the anti-feats as an argument).

They shall become relevant soon.
I do not really agree with using Toby's statement on the city being "extremely small" when we have a blog detailing why Toby's Tweets aren't to be used as WoG.

Visuals contradict the city in question being small, and we have multiple statement in-game of it being a city.

If we include even the stuff about a field, anything below 7-B is just dumb imo.
Ya should add the "Toby apology" letter to the evidence that the JP version is basically equal to the English one.

Personally think 7-B is a fine enough progression from the Tier 8 feats given the Titan is a god tier, feels far more grounded.

That's fair, yeah, but we should still try to figure out an exact size for the city rather than just slapping a value on it
Maybe we can compare its size to like New York or smth? idk

don't we have standards on the minimum size requirement for being a city?

Currently we just use the bottom value for city level, idk how you would go about quantifying it in a proper manner

Will reply to everything when I get home, but for Creation Feats we never assign a set joules value due to them being both impossible irl and arbitrary af.

The mass doesn't really matter as long as it's within a certain range, given that the baseline of the AP of said range is always given.

I didn't make the rules so don't complain about that here.

Just use this.

I know how the standards work for creation feats, I'm just trying to accurately place what tier the Cyber World would correspond to, without arbitrarily picking one based on the names of the tiers (for reference, our common calc for destroying a skyscraper is 2 whole tiers above High 8-C, despite that tier being meant for destroying skyscrapers, so using the names as basis for a rating is very stupid and often innacurate.)

In short: creating a city isn't automatically 7-B just because it has "City" in the name, you need to figure out how big that city is, and THEN you can go and assign it a tier

32 Gb X 7 = 224Gb
I see where your head's at, but I unfortunately don't think we can accurately convert the computer memory into an actual quantifiable size due to us not knowing how much 1 byte is equivalent to in the Cyber World
