Most likely just a hunch/instinct
Diaries stories are developed by its manga author. Though Fuse still oversees all the stuff and it has to go through him

So here's an explanation in terms of terminology:

  • Selection: the act of bringing over selected beings to the next world. Their existence alone is preserved and everything else is destroyed.
  • Initialize Heaven: Destroys all worlds and all dimensions. Done without Void Collapse. Cannot do Selection.
  • Beginning Eden: Capable of creating/recreating everything, capable of Selection. Done with Void Collapse

He should be able. Primitive Magic is something that already existed for a long time and Rimuru ate Memory, which contained all possible information about everything from the past. So Ciel 100% already hacked it and added to Rimuru's arsenal.

Ciel also was conscious after leaving Rimuru's body, so she actually witnessed Veldanava performing it so she could analyze it even then since magic is way easier to analyze than ultimate skills. I don't remember if Ciel was inside of Veldanava when she was messing with Lucia, but if she was, then there is even more reasons to believe that Ciel analyzed it.

He did, but Rimuru himself said he couldn't analyze it even after absorbing it since he didn't have Ciel which is my only hang-up. Ideally I'd def like something saying Ciel analyzed it between everything that was happening.
Again though I know its technically "likely" so as far as the profiles go I'm not particularly against him having it given he absorbed Leverger and Memory

As soon as we get Rimuru's profile up to date, I'm really interested in discussing WN vs LN xd. With current tier 2 standards seems like LN gonna have an AP advantage at least ignoring potential tier 1 args?
Def gonna moreso be a hax off tho
 
Hey guys, I was looking at an update that came out with a CRT, which added this to Carrion's profile: Lifting Strength: Class E (Comparable to Apito who can withstand the gravitational force of a massive star from a certain distance). And following the same logic, shouldn't Rimuru have the same in his key, since Rimuru is superior to him? Rimuru's profile looks like this: Lifting Strength: Class 100 (Comparable to Ranga who can toss around tanks), Class M with Sticky Steel Thread (Can endure the weight of over a 1000 tons), etc... . Someone might have forgotten to add it, or maybe I'm wrong. This is the CRT:

Dude interprets wrong digital lifeforms. DLs are made out of infons and infons indeed exist everywhere. But that doesn't mean Rimuru exist everywhere with them. He can transfer himself anywhere he wants in 0 seconds, but it's not omnipresence as this guy described it.
