Like, I already have a full blown revision thread ready to go to debunk the 4-A rating on all accounts, I just need to get it going. It's been planned for months, literally.

I mean its a staff members responsibility to understand that the ratings have huge problems and saying it was due to hype just makes it look worse. It's not just 4-A either. For a long time we were supposed to believe UT was legitimately tier 8 on this wiki until Rodrii showed up and explained why the entire thing is straight up wrong but whose allowing this stuff to get accepted in the first place? The staff

tbh, I really don't care for 4-A DT. I've always been very iffy on it since the CRT that first added it. It's just WAY too much of a stretch for a tier that is so absurdly high that I have zero faith that Toby intended it at all.

(While we're at it, we might as well actually calculate the size of the Cyber World rather than just slapping City Level on it simply due to being a city, might actually upgrade folks, who knows)

Ehh, powerscaling ain't really an objective science where there’s one 100% correct answer and everything else is just wrong, like a lot of this comes down to interpretation. See how the 9-B downgrade has to outright ignore multiple scenes where the SOUL is ~40 cm and even stuff like the infamous MTT leg attacks have been interpreted outside of powerscaling circles as him actually throwing magic leg constructs (Like in Inverted Fate).

Also why we acting like the staff are a monolith, just say Da-

I'm not really upset UT got downgraded to tier 9, that's totally fair since all we had was a single pretty iffy High 8-C feat. What I do think is a bit bullshit is the cast not at least retaining 9-A, like c'mon, that's just a little overkill

Don't forget it could've been worse, but Rodrigo felt bad and didn't go that far.
 
Slightly off topic but I've been continuing to look for better UT feats. Idk how cooling/heat feats work, but wouldn't the Heat Up/Cool Down ACTs in Pyrope's fight be worth looking into?
 
9-A UT's only hope really is just the Yellow SOUL Gun thing.
Even it's kinda shaky cause how are you going justify it doing 0 damage if Frisk's really hurt, did the bullet lose its mass lol

The Mettaton box calc got 9-A, even if it does get the speed in a way I disagree with
