I think both sides win conditions are as follows:
I think Lily can win if she just hits with the golden power (which is only one attack and also the last thing she'll try).

Cioara can't kill her(due to type 8 immortality and high-godly) so she needs to rely on her massive LS and powernull to incapacitate (which should work as far as I can tell but I haven't gotten that far into HI3 but Lily canonically couldn't do anything again powernull handcuffs so..)

the spot you linked to didnt have it but its a core mechanic so you are right. lily massively outspeeds here assuming shes MFTL+ (ciora's page is outdated as hell) so unless natasha can grab her and powernull cuff her shes cooked. even if she can get the cuffs off she still has to deal with type 8 immortality

Lily is just a normal human stats wise but she's being protected by mhs shadows up to like single digit c summons from the A.
thing is all these Shadows/summons are just like Town-level so they should just be vaporized pretty much instantly if they try to protect her.

I think it's just a question as for how quickly they both go for their wincons (physically restraining and a power nullifying Lily vs shooting cioara with Tier 1 golden power).

Lily is just a normal human stats wise but she's being protected by mhs shadows up to like single digit c summons from the A.
thing is all these Shadows/summons are just like Town-level so they should just be vaporized pretty much instantly if they try to protect her.

I think it's just a question as for how quickly they both go for their wincons (physically restraining and a power nullifying Lily vs shooting cioara with Tier 1 golden power).

if the bullet is faster than cioara's speed lily wins but like since shes a normal human i guess natasha can still restrain her and powernull here thought type 8 is still an issue if the wincon is just getting ur wincon off faster natasha might have a chance

no one bothered listing a speed for it so....
it worked on a omnipresent guy but he was standing still and we don't list it as having omnipresent range/AOE so...

Lily is aiming it with average human speed so she might just get aim dodged mind you she can only use it for one shot

eh stamina superhuman shouldnt really be an issue here since lily is just a normal human she could very easily restrain her

no I'm worried about the stamina for powernull.
the A has portal creation so she can probably get out of it as long as no powernull is going on.

although if Lily already missed the golden power then she already lost at this point I guess..

I might actually make a revisit to give a lily better AOE cuz this shit is miserable

going off memory the logic would be
1 the gun is described as firing a white light (which arguably means SOL as a default speed)
2 immediately after firing it the whole screen fades to White implying that she covered the whole room/scene in light
3 it caused full body destruction on The Tick Tock man across two dimensions simultaneously (which obviously implies higher AOE than a bullet lol).
edit: actually reread a bit and this is largely wrong I do have different arguments tho
but none of that is accepted so not arguing it for this thread

should probably note this btw but Lily hypothetically still has a reliable win condition if she can transform into the Witch of Roses and use the golden power while in that state (she's faster than light while in that form).
problem is
1 she can only keep up the witch of roses for less than a second..
2 she has never used the golden power in this form.
3 point 2 is actually a lie but she hasn't in this key and in her next key she only ever used it to empower Howler in Darkness to 4-A from 6-C so she hasn't used it in a tier 1 way.
which is why I don't think it's a reliable way of winning although other supporters might disagree.

I mean High Godly + 8 type immortality means she won't die and the golden gun does seem to kill if it hits

although in hindsight speed is genuinely unfair cuz Lily has basically zero chance of getting her wincon off... I guess I could equalize speed or swap key and argue witch of roses + golden gun (she can maintain her witch form longer so I think I can make her start in it)

if I equalize it might just lead to a aim dodge anyway (might not qualify as a stomp tho) and second key might just mean Lily blitzes instead (if you assume she can use both powers at once anyway) so it's kind of messy regardless I guess.
