In Moon Shadow she was so weak she didn't even fully materialise in her own battlesuit, an actual revitalised HoV later lowdiffs Hua. Welt is likely stronger as Theresa stands a better chance than Hua and Welt is far stronger than Theresa.

Alien Space is Welt's manga bro. He's the MC in that. Most of his time is as a supporting character to Bronya though. Not that I'm arguing anything about Welt.
I think this is silly but oh well. I also think he doesn't physically have Nous' head and just chains his calculations, but Lygus' explanations are largely inconsistent and either revolve around being a headless giant / guiding Nous' calculations. I've played up to 3.7.

I'd agree with you if grace field was used. It wasn’t used in this battle against HoV, she just broke Judah's honkai neutralising chains. We even see grace field work on a stronger Kiana.
