Honestly idk about removing HDE. I don't think it's so warranted or farfetched for that matter. The justification can get altered though

As a side comment, I wonder if Aeons and Emanators get fried by the binding authority from Otto Apocalypse or not (genuine)

idk for aeons but otto is functionally unkillable unless u either turn him finite or destroy imaginary space, on top of that binding + dominance is genuenly hard counter for most emanators since they dont have power absorption and powernull resistance
(one of reasons why kiana beats irontomb other than immo9 merchant from cof)

Basically this message. High level is given to HSR on assumption that raw power gives you higher honkai energy proficiency when it has been contradicted. Essentially vibescaling.

Drawing Honkai Energy directly from the sea of quanta like X-10 survivors (Seele and Bronya) or being able to control matter at the sub atomic level like them as I remember that was Cocolia's measurement of who had the Honkai resistance to withstand the X-10 experiment, having a natural Stigma (Durandal and Li Sushang) or having explicit showings of withstanding the sea of quanta long term, like Kevin. For HSR the thing stopping them from getting high level is lack of feats. HL Honkai's requirements arent super strict but my unhelpful summary is that they have clear showings of being above Low levels like B and A rank valks like BoS Mei and Second Eruption Shigure Kira. While HSR's justifications if you look at just the hard facts amount to "they just have it and can use it"

My beef is with Cocolia and Chrysos Heirs in particular. Who have no feats really of intricate Honkai energy manipulation or most of those powers in the honkai energy page
Lord Ravagers can be left at 4 layers I wouldn't really care to fight on that (narratively it is very consistent), its just awkward that the only basis of that is Zephyro overpowering Welt when for obvious reasons we don't innately give Kevin Herrscher level for neg diffing Welt without Shamash.

Oh yea Chrysos heirs yeah that aint Welt's fault. 6 Layer Mydei is just lunacy. Post-Dawnmaker Phainon is spared from low level since his Khaslana state is roughly LR tier.
