I don't think these would be relevant given how Caine never really zooms past these other dimensions at any point. Though unless you meant Caine's new creation AP value, then admittedly I once tried that on the Grounds only to get Town level results which is lower than Caine's current City rating.

i have my doubts on the "universal size" argument too, but let't see how it goes before taking conclusions, perhaps op has still things to show.

I think the Candy Kingdom probably would get larger results, but I'm not entirely sure how to calculate it other than just guessing at how far the cast traveled during the adventure, but I could see it exceeding our current 7-B for Caine
