High level Honkai energy for Cocolia + Chrysos heirs (eg Phainon). They are given this rating purely for having Honkai in their body or being able to control it, which B rank Valkyries can even do. They don’t even show off Honkai manipulation on par with pre X-10 experiment Bronya during the Azure waters manga. nuke it. Make them low level with baseline HE resistance.
HDE 12D for Aeons via imaginary singularity, you know where it is, don’t even link it.
Remove highest degree HE from Nanook and Xipe. Without a very direct comparison from a reliable source we can’t compare them to the cocoon of finality. Give them Herrscher HE. For Nanook Lord Ravager level + Herrscher.

Stellaron being high level is okay considering it can ravage entire planets with relative ease, and someone like cocolia could infuse with it and have a good control over it so idt it should be low level.
Heirs is a different case but titans have several island to planet level feat so i also doubt their HE output will be low level
And same practically goes for lord ravagers considering we alr have zephyro and welt fight etc… i say this since i personally added HE to hsr
as for aeons the highest level is actually because they have entire control over the path and would have same thing with their HE

Thing is that Wendy’s got Herrscher Physiology and struggled vs low level b rankers
Kevin without Shamash (High level) is stronger than Welt (Herrscher)
Are Honkai energy levels not measures of proficiency or skill rather than raw power?
I’m open to Ravagers explicitly getting labeled as Herrscher level with 4 Layers of HE but someone pointed out how lower level Honkai users can beat higher ones (MANTIS vs Herrschers)
So just pure destructive output I’m not sure should be enough to say “yeah Cocolia manipulates HE as well as Bronya who’s Honkai adaptability was praised by Welt or Kevin who has Honkai beast DNA”

Well stellaron is HE and it is that destructive and hard to control so its generally fine, as far as i know firefly could only temporaliry control stellaron in her body in 3.8 while cocolia didnt have that problem and only died from that after getting defeated

Tbf this interaction could’ve also happened between someone with no Honkai resistance vs low level Honkai resistance as FF doesn’t have Honkai resistance on her profile. The Gem of Serenity is also pretty dangerous to those who try to wield its power + destructive back in Moon Shadow and it’s only 2 layers and resisted by base Kiana.

Honestly for the HSR characters with Honkai since the Honkai layers blog didn’t mention them should just have their layers listed next to their level

Fair, even though I respectfully disagree. I’m a bigger fan of going for the lowest reasonable option in the event explicit feats are minimal like this since this is sadly just vibes as you said.
Yeah my suggestion to slap layers on HSR characters profiles above would def help quell misinformation like that then
Kiana was low level during Moon Shadow tbf her proficiency and layers climb throughout the part 1 story despite technically already being the HoV.
Ok cool, cause yeah it’s cringe having Elysia’s profile say she’s slightly weaker than Kevin then a beyond infinite gap is between them LS wise
