Sure. Off topic, but Banana Joe should get High 6-A with his peel.
Although his actual body is 10-C but his peel was shown to be capable of harming character who comparable to Gumball

Otherwise, having skimmed the OP's text, I'd currently say I've found no issues & what I did skim over, seems reasonable to approve.
The first justification frames it like his stomach growling always causes earthqukes, which is suspect; I'd assume more often than not, it doesn't. At the least, this should clarify the circumstances.

Hmmm.
Checking Vibration Manipulation's page, it says:
Vibration Manipulation is the ability to spontaneously create, manipulate, or otherwise utilize vibrations of any intensity in combat. This ability appears most frequently as an offensive attack, unsettling the ground beneath the target or sending destructive shockwaves to pummel foes. Note that this does not apply to characters who can't create and employ them in a way that differs from just being a side-effect of their attacks, with no specific function.
Presuming Gumball lacks the ability otherwise, it seems like Vibration Manipulation may be redundant, though maybe it could be listed as Possibly or Likely otherwise, given the other showings it has in that feat?
