Yes. In his fight with Lucifero, he just achieved the True Devil Union at the last 5 seconds of his devil union. Hence why it only lasted for that much. If he had tapped into it right at the beginning, he would have 5 minutes as usual

If you mean being able for example to cancel high regen from Naamath, Asta can do that with the third sword yes

No, I’m talking about his fight against Lucifero. In that form, he has the ability to nullify everything he touches, and we can see Lucifero’s attacks being canceled.

That means even physical attacks with reinforcement magic are useless, the magic behind those attacks are negated and Asta is physically superior to Lucifero, so he is tanking those attacks

Lucifero considers Asta an insect for not having Mana so for him, Mash would be the same, just to be clowned, but contrary to Asta, he has no way to finish Lucifero so he is just gonna be angry for being beaten but continue to fight because he knows he can't even die

There is no statement where Asta says he is stronger than Lucifero. The only mention is that he nullifies the powers of everything he touches
