It's most likely their equipment nullifying the PSI so the chosen four already have it. In your video's case, the pendants were protecting them from Giygas's attack or PK Flash.
Nope, that's the result of a Low 2-C absorption feat. Only for Magicant obviously.

I’ve been reading the Mother 2 Novel (Giygas Strikes Back, 1994) it’s not canon but it fits the game so well

I found another profile that has Nigh Omniscient intelligence due to being all of reality, Ness’s mind overlapped and fuses with the Universe which means he should know everything from Mother 1 and 2 timelines

Here you go dude, a lot of stuff were removed, revised, or had to be reworked. Such as Higher-Dimensional Existence (though since the canon ness has it for the same reason..)
As for the scaling, it’s a bit hard to finalize… I don’t really think there’s much proof to say it’s 5-D, which is probably why it’s a possibility

It's not going so great unfortunately.
It turned out to be mostly trivia than I thought as there's only a few new scans we can use, I think. It doesn't have what I was looking for unfortunately.
I'll upload it onto imgchest and show some pics to you if you're interested.

I was just wondering... I haven't seen any discussion of it, but do any of the calcs use Ninten's canon (I think) height of 152 cm?

It wouldn't change the current calcs that much... Ness and Ninten are pretty similar in height (though, I don't remember seeing them next to each other in any official images, they are similar compared to the Flying Men). And the calcs use like 154 cm for Ness or something
