Dabura's sub-light speed is directly stated to be an outlier. Sure, they can scale to his perception and Raga semi dodging light while barely adapted, but they're not scaling to Dabura's KE and it blew up his leg
Dabura (Speed and KE) and Yuji (Dismantle KE) on top, you not chainscaling.

Narratively, dabura's kick reached light speed itself.

Whatever if you wanna glaze his speed to "Blitz sukuna and gojo" (it doesn't). His durability does not get increased by the acceleration, Sukuna (And Gojo) do scale to his durability (and basically all stats other than the accelerated speed and the LS kick itself) at all times.
