I think so. It's reasonably clear that they make advances on each other. Should qualify as lesbians.
However, the real debate lies in which classifications Beatrice (Yasuda) has in this.

I feel like including characters like Arceus, while technically accurate, kinda misses the point of the discussion as I feel the character being LGBT has to be an active personal feeling and choice rather than a natural consequence of their existence (such as gods who transcend the concept of gender, or robots who, unless programmed to do so, lack a personal gender identity)

Yeah, that’s a bit of bad wording on my part, cause you don’t really choose to be LGBT, you just are LGBT
But, for this thread, the character being LGBT should ideally be an active part of the character’s identity rather than a passive consequence of their existence or state of being.

idk, the Ferris wheel scene with Noelle? I mean, I guess it's only vaguely confirmed for Noelle, so I guess we can't technically put Susie here, but it does feel strongly implied to me that Suselle will become a canon thing in some capacity by the end of the game given the amount of scenes the two have been given and the whole "love finds its way to the girl" thing (or maybe I'm just stupid and Susie will be revealed to be straight all along)
