Pretty much. Though Hornet is skilled in dodging and/or deflecting projectiles so I think she'll be able to handle it. Plus she also has a few defensive options to help her out as well.Doesn't Green Arrow have cracked marksmanship?
Oh yeah I forgot to specify Hornet's starting loadout. So she starts with the Hunter Crest and the tools she has equipped are the following:I'd say Oliver has roughly a 60% chance pick off Hornet before she reaches him and she's got a 70% chance to win once in close quarters, which evens out to about 50/50. I'm leaning incon, I suppose the question would be what Hornet is carrying and what Crest she's got equipped.

Flea Brew and Silkspeed help a lot with bridging distance and the blue tools help with defense so this is a pretty good kit. I don't think she'll have to worry too much about damage, since aside from being very evasive and having 3 Tools to help mitigate damage she also has 3 Silk Skills(Threadstorm, Cross Stitch, Sharpdart) to help deal with Green Arrow's projectiles, though there is a few seconds interval between each use it will still be useful for avoiding damage if she ever gets cornered) With that said, I don't think she'll have too much trouble with closing the gap.in that case, I would be in favor of a draw
btw Shouldn't the Hornet Weaver Queen have her regeneration balanced with GMS? Because I just noticed by accident that it isn't.

Yeah they probably would. I'd say the ones that can work as wincons in his arsenal are the arrows that have Sleep Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement, Radiation Manipulation, and Explosion Manipulation(Specifically the Quantum Arrows). With that said, I'm not really knowledgeable regarding the comic version of Green Arrow so I'm not sure about how quickly he'd pull these out.Wouldn't trick arrows help Green Arrow here?
Sharpdart probably doesn't protect her, iframes are a game mechanic. Threadstorm just doesn't block projectiles at all. Besides she's dealing with a pretty incredible marskman whose arrows hit incredibly hard. One could very well land an immediately lethal blow if she's unlucky. There is precedent for it being literal seeing the First Sinner can teleport, as well as the ability's look and function being similar to the teleporter in Weavenest AtlaSharpdart probably doesn't protect her, iframes are a game mechanic.

I know, but I said every other hot because...The chance increases the more hits she takes. On average it's 7.79%. Handy in a prolonged fight but nowhere near that strong.
