Lmfao, Uranus really got caught lacking when he was going to lay with Gaia. Imagine how embarrassing that would be.

Even more lore.
  • Iapetus is the creator of mankind.
  • Theia is the source of gemstone Lustre.
  • Mortals can change as they go through life while immortals cannot understand this.
  • Artemis killed a Titan as just a child and is more powerful in combat than Apollo.
  • Oceanus gave up the seas willingly.

who the **** is lapetus?

Yeah, it seems clear that God of War is gonna be far closer to Greek myth than it was. Also, Chaos's Flame is now 1:1 with the Primordial Fire of Norse. Hyperion created the sun and stars from it.
Wait but doesn't that directly contradict the Ascension intro where the stars are literally punched out of Ouranos' body?

It's an odd thing generally. Cause the lexicon also directly confirms the warring of the Primordials. It seems like either Hyperion and Theia forged the Sun and more stars or Uranus is going to mostly be the creator of the universe while Hyperion filled it (like a Ymir/Surtr deal).

We'll see though. Currently Uranus's Ascensio feat does have primacy though.

I'mma guess it's moreso the former, but regardless of the outcome, Uranus having the universe punched out of his face is not going anywhere anytime soon, especially considering we consider Primordials as having bodies bigger than Low 2-C space-time continuums. At that point whether or not the stars come from him won't affect that. The Primordial War also got directly mentioned so I guess we'll just have to live with both things being true simultaneously without them contradicting each other.

Also, seems like Titans not being gods has been canned now. They're referred to as "Titan gods/goddesses" by the Lexicon. Cronos is called a god indirectly too. Looks like they're fixing that part of the lore.

Every now and then, I remember Norse writers are now the mainstay of GoW lol.

interesting that kratos can awaken latent power within a spear tip. Is this example of UES ?

Also phases means it's physically move between realities , right ? this is great attack speed feat.

In function, it's pseudo-duplication but yeah.
now this one feels like a hyperbole
Given this isn't even the first time this sort of thing has happened in the franchise, you're gonna have to actually explain what's hyperbolic about it.

you yourself explained it, it just pseudo duplicates itself, now does that count for "phasing through realities"?
At that point, then i think it explains somehow how what looks like "clonation with teleportation" is in reality "space-time manipulation that allows you to exists through all moments of time" (i am talking about another verse that i am on)

btw can you combine infinte stab moves with astral touch in son of sparta?
Pretty sure that's a different spear special attack so no. But I'll check to be sure.

You realise that the phasing through realities, is just the mechanism right? This is like saying Revenants shifting between layers of reality to be intangible makes it "not count" because it's "just intangibility". The effect (duplication) being mundane doesn't make the mechanism hyperbolic lol.

And what that other verse does is irrelevant here.

Another question how teen kratos fine with all of these stuff while norse kratos said "that is madness", When thor punch big snake to the past ?

Also, is SSM just never doing fall damage again? I just realized the last game where it mattered was like, Ascension. Even this one has Kratos fall from like cloud level without a scratch.

I'm glad. Fall damage is like the most overrated 'damage type' in fiction.

Fall damage should pretty much never be a thing to any human sized being/object with above building level durability.

And yet because of its overratedness, someone like Spiderman will always be threatened by it.
