Can WoU's calamity empower or grant the same dura neg it does to objects to living people?
As in, some guy starts pursuing Toru and is currently under the flow of calamity. Some other 3rd party who hates the 1st guy decides to attack him.
Would the guy attacking be used as a calamity or simply be helped by things like the 1st guy slipping/getting hit by random objects during their fight?

It's not that much about Ice / Mind hax (Unseen resists mind hax, unless it's somehow layered, and he also has good responds to Ice), Santana would be fine, but I think cellular absorption makes this unplayable for Elder. What about just Phantom Blood Dio ? Or base SDC TW / DIO pre-High ?

Assuming they are fighting another team in a battle royale that other team would be "pursuing"Tohru with the intent to kill him and as WoU can supposedly use other living things as a way to cause it's calamities then would we assume they would get empowered by the flow of calamity directly? (At least in a way that buffs their chances to hit or maybe even allow them to dura neg in the same way conventional calamities do )

Yes i believe it's because souls like Reimi or any other can not interact or see stands, as it was stated that stands can only be seen and interact by other stand users which puts a layer above souls/sprit's intangibility and invisibility
