I think it's just range now, so if you have a 5D soul, your opponent will need 5D soul hax to be able to "reach" your soul, or something like that.

as long as they're in different tier sections. No multiple of same verse too. Usually it's just "characters from x verse (x and y character)" in a single placement.

So although Digimon chars are already in 1-C, i can still place other Digimon chars in Low 1-C and other tier sections?
 
Btw Idk if this is worth elaborating on but Warhammer Fantasy characters haven't been High 6-C or 5-C for some time now

6-C and High 4-C, possibly low 2-C are the ratings of the characters in these respective tiers
 
Lovecraft got lowered to "High 1-B, possibly 1-A", so the Dunwich Horror should now be below Doctor Strange on the High 8-C list
 
Wonder where GoW characters would be in Low 1-C now that Kratos just... well... stomps Arceus's Low 1-C form.

And Xue Ying apparently stomps both.

Best thing is that Arkhan has no issues running his mouth in combat, just the knowledge Doctor Strange is called Sorcerer Supreme would be the source of plenty of him doing the usual trying to throw people off balance.

Ok I'll bite, what passives does Arkhan have? And can he stop Strange from simply using 1-A BFR on him?

Ages you to hell in moments, but that's 3-D.

His magic is also baseline 1-A.

The issue is beating Arkhan the Black is counter-intuitive. Because Settra already did it. He got Third Key Nagash and a resurrected Arkhan for his troubles. That Immortality of his is combat applicable and results in a 2v1 against the #1 and #3 Undead in Warhammer.

So really, he's not fighting Arkhan, outside of Dunwich Horror, some of those guys CAN beat him. The problem is then beating both Arkhan the Black and the ******* bone pope

It being 3D isn't an issue (since Strange is a 3-D being with no smurf resistance to age hax so long as it isn't magical), but Strange has Type 1 Immortality.

Literally, just restrict Nagash because the bone pope is too much and there's a match, but for top strongest...

He would, but the problem is by SBA Nagash is already back, and killing his top follower will only make him bring said follower back and have him join the fray. In his own way, Nagash does care about Arkhan lol, if only that he's a very, very useful and effective servant.

Can we include Characters from Dragon Ball (Toei) for High 3-A? Going off the scaling chain from the baseline High 3-A scaling they get up to >40,000x to > 500,000x the baseline with the accepted chain scaling:
  • SSJ Broly (Baseline) ~ Base Goku (Cell Games) < Gohan (Cell Games): 1.
  • SSJ2 Gohan (100x base) ~ Super Perfect Cell < Base Goku (Other World Tournament): 100.
  • SSJ3 Goku (Early Majin Buu Arc) (400x base): 40,000.
  • And any higher character is 2-C so they don't count.
Gotenks doesn't have a profile so he's not included, so Goku (Toei) in his early Majin Buu Arc key is the current representative for the highest High 3-A value for the verse at >40,000x the baseline.

Still think scaling Base Goku to SSJ Broly is dumb when SSJ Broly no-sells multiple attacks from ASSJ Vegeta without trying

Anyways, they can take an empty spot for now, since I don't see them going anywhere about spot #10
