"transcends all of Creation as nothing but a mere thought meant to wash away with each idea he brings washing away into the Void which is nothing but his mind"
The Presence profile seems to use this scan as a proof that Creation is the thought of the Presence with the Void being his mind. I don't think this is exactly the case here.
This is the statement about the nature of Creation as know by the Monks of Klaa:
Here, the universe is clearly located within the mind of God, described as a distraction, a series of drifting thoughts. The Void in this context is something those thoughts pass through—it’s adjacent to or beneath thought, not equated with the mind itself. The metaphor is one of meditation: Creation is noise, and the Void is the silence
On chapter 2, we had this conversation between Morpheus and Shekinah, about the nature of the universe/creation. About the impeding destruction of the universe
This clearly identifies the mind of God as the universe/creation itself, including its galaxies and metaphysical realms. When the "mind" ceases to think, everything ceases to exist. So again, the Void is not the mind, but the absence of thought, possibly what comes before or after thought.
If the universe is God’s conscious thought, then the Void may represent the unconscious aspect—the pre-thought or post-thought silence. In this way, the Void isn’t opposed to the divine mind, but rather a deeper, dormant layer of it.
So what's this void? what's this divine unconscious? everyone seems to assume that this is referring to the white Void we saw in Lucifer. I dont think it is, all the evidence point to Mother Night being the ultimate void in the DC/Vertigo. She is afterall the ultimate darkness.
This idea is strongly reinforced by the sequence involving Mother Night
After the conversation between Glory and Morpheus about the nature of the universe, we cut to a scene with Mother Night and her attendant Dusk discussing the oncoming war and the end of Creation:
This clearly places Mother Night as the original and final state—the primal darkness that precedes and succeeds Creation. She is the Void in its truest form
Also, another important note. Night's realm is even beyond the darkness that Morpheus was sent into. The darkness that Morpheus was sent into, the darkness devoid of time, space, thoughts, information or any other definition, is the darkness inside the event horizon of a dark star.
Nights realm exists beyond the event horizon
We even saw this when Dusk rescued Morpheus, she parted the darkness to reveal Nights realm, referred to as the true darkness
Theres also this, when the universe ended, when "God" became "unconscious", we didn't see a white out. We see darkness. And after Creation returned again, it was stated to be the reunion of Time and Night, the continuation of Time and Nights long dance. Clearly implying that Mother Night, the true darkness, is God's/The Unknowable unconscious

This is the statement about the nature of Creation as know by the Monks of Klaa:
"The monks of Klaa know that the universe is a distraction in the mind of God: As God meditates, seeking to clear its mind and achieve perfect enlightenment, ideas drift across the void"
The Monks of Klaa seek to remove all that is, molecule by molecule, in order to allow god to meditate undistracted. And move on to the next state of being divine"

"Soon enough, the mind that is the universe will cease to think, and all things will cease to be"
"And the madness will spread, the galaxies themselves will shake and vanish. The other realms in their turn will fade and be destroyed. Soon enough, the mind that is the universe will cease to think, and all things will cease to be"
This clearly identifies the mind of God as the universe/creation itself, including its galaxies and metaphysical realms. When the "mind" ceases to think, everything ceases to exist. So again, the Void is not the mind, but the absence of thought, possibly what comes before or after thought.

Dusk: "They say that the hosts are gathering all across creation. That the time of worlds is drawing to a close. That the darkness will return."
Mother Night: "Long, long ago, all this was mine. In time, it will be mine again."
This clearly places Mother Night as the original and final state—the primal darkness that precedes and succeeds Creation. She is the Void in its truest form

- So basically, if we consider The Unknowable as the supreme God of Vertigo with all of existence as its conscious mind, its deeper, unconscious is represented by Mother Night. Mother Night is DC/Vertigos ultimate void/darkness
