Since Nonduality standards are much clearer now, Arceus Nonduality type 2 should go as none of the above talk about logical negations, that is, is and is not, or true or false, etc. Even with nothingness and existence, Arceus doesn’t exist in a state of being that violates the rules of classical logic. Being present in everything, existence and nonexistence, while encompassing it, is merely omnipresent. It doesn’t talk about being both existence and nonexistence at the same time, being neither, in between, etc. for nonduality.

Nonexistent Physiology should go for similar reasons as above: being present "in" everything and encompassing it is not the same as "being" everything. So there needs to be a statement stating that Arceus is nothingness itself for that NEP, rather than having his existence present in it. Interacting with Arceus would not require NEP interaction, since he still exists to speak.
