Issues with Soul Damage for Advanced Ki Manipulation

I will say, if ki attacks damage the soul, how come none of the people, normal or otherwise, who are killed by ki attacks are indicated to have damaged souls in the afterlife?

Also the ones the Demon Clansmen kill don't even go to the Afterlife and are stuck at limbo, yet their souls were fine given they were brought back without a problem.

Because the after life regenerates their souls apparently? Despite that never being stated at least in the way that matters here, rebuilding a body for Goku and friends to screw around with isn't the same thing? And in fact the opposite is stated in that if your soul is destroyed you just flat out cease to exist and can't even be revived back with the dragon balls.

Unharmed where? We see regular humans die from beings with Ki manipulation all the time. Every human in Dragon Ball has Ki. It's just really hard to fully control as Gohan puts it. And It's not like characters aren't capable of holding back attacks if they were for some reason trying to attack normal humans, despite just being a villain. If such a thing does exist, it's not something that happens often, if at all without severe injury or just death.

I meant in the sense of their souls not being damaged, not that random humans aren't hurt or killed by ki blasts.

Do not forget they make it a plot point how if a soul is destroyed you cease to exist in the Buu Saga, and Buu literally used a ki blast to kill every single human on earth

Kid Buu feat?, iirc, he nuked the planet which in turn the explosion of it kill every human, not really a direct Ki blast, like if human or whoever it is killed via a chain reaction of getting caught by an explosion then sure nothing affect their soul, from what i see in the Ki page, you need to directly blast people with Ki blast right at people face

Human extinction attack dude. As in, literally a ki blast to the face for each every individual human. Not that it would matter, ki explosions still ki, you can't create an arbitrary distinction that only some bits of ki count if the argument is ki attacks just do it in general.

When we've seen people like Goku and vegeta attack or use Ki in various ways yet none of those ways Damaged souls. NPI makes sense.

Oke, yeah, that, can't remember everything in the series lol, that is pretty much anti-feat against soul damage. Though i pretty much see NPI stay, and since Ki = Soul, manipulate Ki = manipulate Soul, just in basic situation it is non-combat applicable, specific stuff like Mafuba and Spirit Fission is combat-applicable
