How they do this, whether Emanators can be as fast as this, etc etc is extremely vague as it’s only a single line of text.
I believe pathstriders scaled based on the welt/abon deer stuff (dont quote me on this) and since welt was immeasurable they were also. I never fully agreed with welt immeasurable cause of the sirin projections (felt weird idk) so im fine with the downgrade

The scepter calc is from a fodder scepter so there’s that. Dr Tomb has UES so does that count.
It’s not whether or not an Emanator can survive/destroy a Scepter. What matters here for speed is how they interact with that attack; which for Irontomb for example is a data-based attack which uses virus clusters and the like. An Emanator isn’t necessitated to be faster than this in order to beat the Scepter.
