You & I just shuffled into my playlist, the irony is insane. On that note, I'm not super sure where Seele ranks since there's still other keys of characaters that probably scale above pre Sa Vita (like base Kevin and shit) but interesting to think abt ig

as much as ive probably hinted or said it i definetly prefered the old tiering it made all the rankings a lot simpler (though a lot of the hi3 profiles were forgotten about) seele dont even have a page unfortunately but someone could prolly make it
 
Saw that HSRā€™s 3-Bs / Emanator level characters are becoming Low 1-C physically like the HI3 cast.

So hereā€™s a dumb question.
How fair would a matchup between Base Kevin or Diabolic Kevin and Zephyro be? (Thematically fitting for obvious reasons)
Given Kevinā€™s AP scales from being able to low diff Welt Yang and being able to cut Zeroth Power like butter while Zephyro clashes with Zeroth power but inevitably overpowers it?
Would the battle just be a matter of Hax?
Or does the gap in their heat resistances just mean Kevin always one shots with a Shamash slash?

I think it depends on weather or not you believe base kevin or diabolic kevin scales higher than welt. If you think that he does than he could Polly beat zephyro

Base Kevin would be good fight but Diabolic one onwards? nah esp with 100x amp from dudu and being above HoFS Kiana thunder meiā€¦ehh just 90% of hi3 in which most of them are above welt
