All Purpose Dragon Ball Thread

My ideal news is that they plan to continue super with the moro ark and plan to redo both borly and super hero combining there Manga matrial and cut matrial to make the best version of the ark

Apparently tUI > UI+transformations, so that's not an advantage, and every other thing presented has GT dealing with them with ease. Also, both transformations are quite heavy staminawise, but GT has his tail, which helps refining the ki and stamina using, while tUI is remarkably short in time usage, and this can be very problematic for Manga. Hakai seems to not be instant or quick, and stuff like the megazord can get Manga's ass Super Dragon Fisted (i have not intended for this pun, but i'm keeping it lmfao), so tUI has a short period of time to outskill GT or else he's cooked

Opinions? Worthy of creating a match?
Lemme think. In terms of Stamina, I agree GT has advantage. Especially because when Goku was against Golden Oozaru Baby, it’s made clear Goku “barely has enough Ki for a regular Kamehameha” and yet he could maintain SSJ4. So sure, if you want, but the fight seems a tad uneven in that sense.

Though, a big deal to consider is that GT Goku can absorb an Enemy’s Ki, like how he absorbed Baby’s Revenge Death Ball Final.

Our man @Ednaxel2 confirmed for me that the multiplier "400x SSJ3" is usable for SSG in both manga and anime, and as he's an undeniably reliable source, here i go again at it!

Cool fact: now with the SSG multiplier, we have made them exactly equals at 2.000.000.000x 2-C (considering Moro arc pUI vs SS3), **** yeah! Now, with the speed equal (only possible way to make this fair lol) the only difference is the LS gap, should be like 1.5 tiers due to both being a bizillion times the feats which had a 2 tier gap.

Sounds like fun to me

Saying moro ripped off cell is asinine tbh

The context of every single similarity is so totally different it's like one of those videos that claim 2 movies are exactly the same by cherry picking a bunch of plot stuff that can vagly be discribed in the same way

It's got a blatant Immeasurable speed feat, let's aim for the stars! (Also the anti-feats that stop it from getting immeasurable are the same as infinite)
Wouldn't God goku and beerus almost destroying the macrocosm, including the overworld (I think), and attempting to argue for infinite speed be easier than trying to argue immeasurable?

You'd have to make the DBS universe infinite first (Which has its hurdles) and make the feat more "important" than THE anti-feat (48 Minutes ToP).
Immeasurable just needs to get past the anti-feat cause the feat is already accepted, just as an outlier.

Technically yes, but "if Infinite Speed is considered valid then there would be no reason not to have that other rating"
TBH, I never seen saw a need for immeasurable speed Goku besides being cool to have

Ok cool, thanks for the input since i'm decently new at DB scaling.
my only question is why would the 48 minute thing be an anti-feat for infinite speed (I 100% get it being an anti-feat for immeasurable)?
I don't know much about VSBW's speed ratings and infinite speed but even isn't it a thing that, even if you passed an infinite distance in a certain amount of time, you still have infinite speed?

The anti-feat is the tournament itself lasting 48 minutes and even big fight moments like MUI Goku and Jiren taking a minute or so (They don't cross more than a few km in that time either). If everyone was infinite/immeasurable then no time would've passed since the beginning of the tourney.

It just needs to happen 21 more times

If we are using 48 minutes as anti-feat then entire DBS is clearly like below supersonic level since if they were MFTL+++, the tournament would end in seconds.
Ya... I never really liked it that much, it's as much an aurgment against there current speed rating as against the upgrade. But apparently infinite speed is held to a higher standard

So if the super remake leaks are true, do you think we'll end up with a new continuity?
I LOVE RECYCLING THE SAME WORLDS AND PLOTS!!! I LOVE REVISITING OLD IDEAS!!! I LOVE NEVER MOVING FORWARD!!! I LOVE HOW EVERYTHING TAKES PLACE BETWEEN THE BUU SAGA AND THE END OF Z!!! I LOVE HOW THE MANGA ONLY HAS THREE ORIGINAL STORY ARCS, WITH ONE OF THEM BEING A DIRECT PREQUEL TO AN ADAPTATION OF A MOVIE FROM THE YEAR PRIOR!!! I WOULD LOVE FOR RESOURCES TO BE WASTED ON REMAKING DB, DBZ, AND DBS WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY INSTEAD OF PRODUCING NEW STORIES!!! I HOPE NOTHING EVER CHANGES!!! I LOVE A STATUS QUO THAT NEVER CHANGES!!!

Would Time-Skip even function in a world where every character has Immeasurable speed? How do you outmaneuver opponents by traveling forward through linear time if every opponent already exists beyond linear time? Does Time-Skip make Hit more Immeasurable?

I think so that could be a thing, dosen't DB already have a hyper timeline? He could juet he skipping time on that scale so it could still affect them

Does the Wiki have an agreed upon interpretation of how time travel in the Dragon World works mechanically? Or does the Wiki have a default interpretation, in general?

Time machine makes new timeline unless it's already going back to one that exists

Time rings move through timelines without making timerings unless something changed alot it'll make a new one.

A new time ring showing up means there's a new timeline and a timering ceasing to exist means the timeline is gone.

Again, mechanically. How does a Time Machine in the DB World achieve time travel? I ask because various interpretations of time travel are fundamentally tied to different interpretations of the universe and space-time itself.

I don't think there's much lore on this besides a statment from beerus that achieving time travel via mechanical means alone was impressive and he thought it was impossible.

In the Super anime, Bulma's blueprints for the Time Machine are shown on-screen and suggest the use of wormholes in time travel, if it matters any.

I was here looking at the synopsis for episode 67 of DBS, and it says that Trunks used people's thoughts and feelings. Wouldn't that give some kind of conceptual manipulation or abstract existence to the energy produced by living beings?

There's nothing wrong with wanting an improved upon version of an enjoyable yet really flawed anime. Like why wouldn't you want a series that had the potential to be so much better to actually have a remake that allows it to reach those heights. Plus we can also just have the anime remake start with new manga chapters continuing the next real arc happening simultaneously, both happening at once isn't gonna be a problem with either the anime staff or Toyo

Also it could include SS4 making daima unquestionably canon

I wanted an anime after Z. I don't know why they keep making them before the end of Z, when they could easily make them after Z and continue the story.

I actually didn't think of that huh lol

One thing I brought up before in another circle is how they could handle the imperfect and perfected SSB designs to make them more distinct, with imperfect being the turquoise design we see in Resurrection F and the super anime, meanwhile the perfected version would look like the Broly movie version

You somehow simultaneously found the worst OSR and machine translation possible and misinterpreted the information.
"Drawing strength from humanity’s will"? You know what a Genkidama is. You know what the Spirit Sword is.

Because, instead of obsessively dwelling over a series from 2015, I could have a wholly original story expanding upon the world rather than existing within the same 30 year old boundaries everything else has been trapped in. Super didn't reach its full potential? Oh, well. They can create a new story that does reach its full potential.

But they are quite literally the same forms.
