I would argue we actually have a perfect excuse as to why Maho would be different and that is due to us now knowing how he actually works thanks to Sukuna. With the latest reveal of this chapter, we actually strangely enough have a case of someone being able to learn from the madness that was Sukuna with the ten shadows. Because Yuka seemingly was able to equip the claws of the Divine Dogs, something which we only knew possible after Sukuna showcased himself utilizing portions of the shikigami like equipment. And now with the fact that we know that Maho keeps adapting even after he adapts to an attack, and Dabura started the fight essentially mag dumping light into him, we have a good excuse for Maho to start off going crazy.

What has to be remembered about Manga Maho v Sukuna was that Sukuna was very efficent in taking him down. I believe he slashed Maho about 4 times before his domain expansion and the fire arrow.
 
Why doesn't Yoruzu have it included that she bruised 16F Meguna's face? That's literally her best feat

It was a recalc of the Gojo earthquake where Oje got the coords horribly wrong to 633 km and got the calc to 900 megatons of tnt. Sundagamer instantly recalced it to the current one and got it accepted
 
Mahoraga could get new abilities now that the anime is canon no? Nobody gonna do that?
