Jokes aside, I don't think it's even possible for humans to not have DT at all.
And my reasoning goes along the line that Toby prolly intended to DR light world and UT stats to be directly comparable.

Frisk has personality obviously, and I defend them in any other context. But it's certainly much less developed and shown than Kris. There is a reason many thought them as self-insert(with unfortunate consequences).
