I don't think this is vandalism as much as it is just obliviousness, but the user T Cat65 made a page clearly not following the guidelines for profiles, as well as made this edit to Peppino's page.

This person added an unapproved intelligence statistic to Art the Clown's page, while making some other edits that seem okay. I've undone the unapproved stat change and warned the user.

Then a CRT should be made to update the character’s intelligence. The changes they made wasn’t self evident, neither did they add any new information to the justification for its previous rating. We can’t hold the validity of an edit by faith, so if you feel that what they did is valid then the best thing to do is to get it accepted in a CRT with some new information.

I agree that he should’ve proposed that change through the self-evident intelligence revisions thread to properly justify the update and include all the relevant information. However, as someone familiar with the verse, I believe the changes themselves are accurate.
Sure, I’ll try to write a proper justification for Claude Frollo’s intelligence later on.
