I don't see why he wouldn't do it so against this nocturne looking guy, but your right about him not having throat so he probably can't. Anyways how skilled is he ?

Doesn't necessarily need to be skilled.

Lightsabers are cool until someone who does nothing but spam force pushes and put you into agony worse than losing an arm is on the other side of the field to you.

I'll say the Watcher runs his mouth A LOT, so Luke will be learning many new curses and slurs.

Yes? Thats why i said he has precog. He probably just overpowers and pulls this guy in the first tk clash since he has 3.5x ls gap and cuts him with 28.000C lightsaber.

And what's stopping Watcher's first move from just being pain manip dropping Luke? Plus, his and Luke's TK clashing is weird cause Watcher has the AP advantage but Luke has the LS advantage in that regard.

And before you say it, unlike Kylo, it's uncommon for Luke to freeze someone in place.

There is no fight against Watcher in Gameplay, his only fight is after the final boss. And War doesn't deal with it, he gets impaled by the Armageddon Blade and ******* dies before the 7th seal is broken and he beats Watcher's head in with no effort.

He tried to use the Force to protect himself (like, without hand movements) from the Emperor's lightning bolts in both canon ROJ novels (although it was so strong that it didn't even work).

I'm not sure if he can do that with the rune already affecting him, sort of spawned on him.

Unironically Watcher has a tiny delay before doing it, so if Luke TKs Watcher out of it we may have an actual fight here
