Daredevil upscales from 1.41 Metric Tons, while Slayer upscale from 3.299050838 Metric Tons. So, The Slayer has an LS advantage of 2.33975236738x.

Additionally, Slayer has Regeneration.

I wouldn't say Daredevil has more advantages in CQC. Buffy possesses thousands of years of Slayer fighting skills, mastery, experience, and knowledge, and can defeat many Slayer who also possess thousands of years of Slayer fighting skills, mastery, experience, and knowledge at the same time.
