So yes, there is a calc for completely ripping it off (which is class 10), but I'm pretty sure dislocating would require far less force than that. So, are there any calcs about that, any feats involving that or real life cases of it?

I'd say at Athletic Human to Peak Human, the jaw is very fragile and can dislocate even from yawning/without the interaction of another person, but in cases of aggression I found this medical article about a woman whose jaw dislocated due to aggression.
