That realm doesn't make Columbina transcends fate whatsoever, why would they anyway? Not really, Kuuvahki can indeed change the environment, it was mentioned by the devs in Luna 1 Special Program.
Like those elite monsters, places like in Nothing Passage and Eye of Kratti etc.
