And like I said, it's likely to be a draw because if Tom finds himself about to lose he'll end the match with limited plot manipulation.

Tom's hax on soul sealing is also thanks to the Ghost Vacumn device and is agreed to be his hax, Jerry doing this will also count towards his hax since it is consistent with Tom's hax, we're also not sure if Cyn knows that she can suck souls into NULL or proves that NULL can suck souls yet, I suspect it would be an NLF for that

The two drones flying into the cloudy sky made me think it passed Tom's wave with only being as high as or higher than a level 4 house

The wave that Tom summoned wouldn't cover that high to be honest, so safe to say it isn't going to work. (To be fair it isn't confirmed that robots in MD are weak to water, not to mention her immortalities, regeneration, and the fact she's wearing human skin.)

Tom's highest speed is Massively Hypersonic, Cyn has FTL attack speed and Massively FTL flight and travel speed via tendrils.

That means it is an incon rather than having speed blitzing as a major factor for a win since both of them have a few variables that makes the outcome of the match uncertain.

Okay I'll pick Tom, why? Firstly because Tom's regeneration is high, we don't even know if Cyn's black hole can destroy the physical body or not and when I saw the black hole destroy the planet it still had fragments so yeah, Tom would still regenerate after that and become a constellation and make Cyn turn to dust with the heat of the star Secondly Cyn doesn't have an NPI soul especially if we accept that Tom's soul has intangibility and incorporeal 1 layer then, and we don't know if Cyn usually uses black hole first or not because she probably doesn't have enough durability to withstand her own attack, it's a self-destruct attack for her
