Gag vs. Serious type battle, never a good outcome unless you're Beerus. Cyn might not have a way to completely kill Tom except maybe using NULL on him, but there are times when Tom did die by normal causes, public executions and getting run over by a piano. But even then Tom can come back from death. There are currently no way for Tom to even touch Cyn from what I can remember (I didn't watch the newer shows) but with some shenanigans and "failed" traps all over the place, it might catch Cyn off guard unless she just outright destroy the planet to win. I might have to go with Cyn due to her able to just Null everything Tom throws at even with magic wands and stuff.

The execution thing we're all unsure about because it clearly doesn't show whether Tom actually died afterwards, about the piano thing, I think you mean the episode where Tom goes to heaven, but isn't that the episode where Tom is dreaming? Also destroy the planet? Tom will regeneration from that and didn't Tom breathe space and live on Mars for a long time in a movie?

I think Tom will win because Tom can use water to destroy Cyn because after all Cyn is a robot, she doesn't usually use black holes while Tom with Smart Cap will know how to take advantage of a robot's weakness, even if Cyn destroys the earth Tom can still live in space and regenerate or it will be a draw because Tom also has Limited-Plot Manipulation to end if Tom is about to lose

Show me the water thing first + logical but it's unconfirmed whether water will kill Cyn

Also plot manipulation is never allowed in a cross battle.

Looney toons ah fight. How does Null work besides being a flattened black hole?
Null can be anything Cyn wants, from a black hole to a beam of doom. It erases existence or erases matter and it mutates/dissolves the victim's body completely if not consumed whole. Cyn should be fast enough to cast it on Tom, and Tom maybe smart, but his first move is anything but summoning water or anything else.

Null, and she can teleport, and can fly too.
How far she can teleport and fly? And you haven't explained why plot manipulation doesn't work in combat while Tom can use it to draw

Well, I'm not sure because as I said Tom's 9 souls are sometimes actually souls and when they die they fly out and sometimes act as another person, I'm not sure if it's allowed to be used in battle
If it ain't from a 'possibly' rating. It is gonna be used.
