Hey, hey, fanta here. Would've done this much later, but I was convinced to do this much earlier, so... Plus, I decided to tackle on some other stuff to resolve issues "now-ish" for the sake of my future self when I start pumping out Level 5 profile revamps.
1. Removing Salome + Railgun Scaling
This was a long time coming. Remember this CRT that made Salome-tier scale 1/5 to Misaka's Railgun? This CRT is meant to revert it. It was relatively unpopular in the past, and, I think, people did have the intent of revoking it in the possible future-but IRL stuff got in the way, or smth like that. Not much else to explain here. Doesn't make "too" much sense for the physicals of Low Tiers to reach this high, nor are there calculations that support their physicals reaching this high.
Thus, Salome-tier people should be downgraded to 9-A via the Tokiwadai Dorm Supervisor who is capable of enduring 9-A explosions- with Yuiitsu being able to harm her with her strikes, and Salome-tier people being physically on-pair with her, I.e, Kamijou Touma and Salome- who was formerly 9-A prior to my ill-thought CRT.
2. Scaling for Post-Dai!Misaka Mikoto's Esper Powers
In addition, Mikoto's Railgun was able to mercilessly pierce through Dragon Shell!Touma's dragonic side, who could physically stop Kanzaki's fearsome surprise attack, making her grimace from pain with his serious punch, and is said to be capable of reaching Kanzaki's level briefly.
Side Note: Mikoto's Level Six Shift Experiment Key is vastly stronger than her Post-Daihaseisai Key as the former is 2% along the path up to Level 6 whilst the latter is her at Level 5 who reached the "peak" of her power per her own admission, making it 6-B in turn; Pre-Dai!Mikoto is also dozens of times weaker than her L6S Key at 2% power, so this should make her High 6-C as a result via downscaling, if that's the proper word for this... This would affect other Level 5s like Sogiita Gunha, in turn, but I am currently working on a profile revamp for him that'll be my next CRT, so they shall be "excluded" for now, so to speak.
Edit: Noticed something a bit ago while traveling around and reviewing my scans... Misaka could block a shockwave created by Brunhild's tremendous power by creating a thick wall of concrete in front of herself, which should be enough to give her a "6-B" durability rating wth her Esper powers.

In addition, Qliphah Puzzle 545 called it pretty scary and could hold its own against the Golden magicians but can't deliver a finishing blow, likely due to their Regeneration, who are 6-B. We also got people in-verse who sought to incorporate the A.A.A into their fighting forces and were more interested in the A.A.A than their Saints, so their fighting capabilities shouldn't be inferior to 'em. Plus, if Mikoto's Esper Powers gets upgraded to 6-B, the A.A.A gets further 6-B "support" as it upscales Mikoto's Esper Powers.
... AP upgrade, and that's about it- no Dura upgrade as there are no feats or statements for it.

- Note: Mikoto's Rampage Dress in her Post-Dai key, which is currently High 7-A, will just scale to Junko's Rampage Dress, which is just 8-C, as they are the exact same power which Mikoto copied/learned from Junko. Nuff said.
