Can immearusable be layered?

I have a question. If Character A, who has Immeasurable speed, blitzes Character B, who also has Immeasurable. Will Character A get Immeasurable 1x Above Baseline by blitzing Character B and proving that his Immeasurable is faster than Character B?

If you ask my opinion, I think it can get immerusable 1x Above Baseline. Because if it can't get Layering from another character's blitz, all immeasurable users should have the same capacity and can't blitz each other. Therefore, I state that character A can get immearusblae speed 1x Above Baseline

It's more complicated than just layering. One character could be immeasurable and struggle to move few minutes back or forward in time through raw speed.
Another character might easily traverse the entire spacetime continuum with a single step.

Blitzing the first character clearly doesn't make you faster than the second character.

It is just simply scaling chain, A faster than B, X stronger than F. Scaling chain is the most basic thing in powerscaling
Layers do exist though. I don’t think if things changed these last few months, but multiple temporal dimensions makes speed layered/faster

OP said nothing about layer though, he just think scaling chain is layers, which i only clear that up

But we already have a category for it.
It’s called “Far Higher” / “Possibly Higher,” applied to AP, LS, and Speed to distinguish feats.

The title was asking if it could be layered.mb i didn’t really read the rest.

(Also come to my thread) agree with baseline high godly. I won’t argue higher degree.

I only need one more vote on Nep and high godly part.

This has always confused me with immeasurable speed

It feels so weird that someone who can "run" like a second into the past is infinitely faster than someone with infinite speed

Same for infinite speed, like people could cross an infinite distance in a picosecond or 10000 years and they would both have infinite speed. Feels weird
