No it can be a durability feat, however it's not actually all that impressive. I'd be surprised if it's actually the characters best feat.

I have them at Planet Level AP but I don't know their physical strength so I am using this to see what it likely is since his only physical feat is surviving being restrained by another character with no other physical feats.

Correct. You just need to use the emissivity calculator or some shit, though fair warning, I doubt it goes above 9-B.
